Access and accounts
How the public entry path works before operational access.
Not through the public site right now. Use Join waitlist to share your interest and operational context. Direct sign-in, sign-up, and invitation links return to the waitlist while public account access is unavailable.
A waitlist submission records the contact details and operational context you choose to provide. It does not create a user account, organization, membership, session, invitation acceptance, payment, or access to tenant-scoped records.
AHJ Access is available at no charge for verified AHJ organizations. Provider Field is $149 per month and Operations is $299 per month in USD per provider organization. Command uses contact-based pricing. Plans are arranged directly with JUDGR; self-service checkout and automatic plan-limit enforcement are not currently available.
Roles and scope
Who works in JUDGR and how operational access is separated.
Specialists use the mobile app for field work. Provider admins manage sites, specialists, assignments, and review workflows; provider members receive authorized read access. AHJ admins manage jurisdiction records and requirements, while AHJ members receive authorized review access.
No. A provider or AHJ can see only records authorized for its organization, role, sites or service relationships, and jurisdiction. JUDGR does not make one organization's records generally visible to another.
Field operations
The activity captured during a specialist shift.
A specialist can start and end an assigned shift, complete timed patrols, record GPS samples, add notes and observations, attach photo evidence, and record incident activity for an authorized site.
Supported active-shift work can queue during a connection gap and sync after connectivity returns. Reference information and account-management tasks may still require a connection, so JUDGR does not claim that every screen works offline.
JUDGR provides a digital record for assigned shifts, timed patrols, GPS activity, notes, evidence, incidents, review, and generated reports. Whether that record can replace a required paper log depends on the applicable authority and operating procedure; JUDGR does not make that determination.
Review, reports, and compliance
What reviewers receive and what the record does not claim.
Yes. Authorized AHJ and provider reviewers can open an active shift and see its latest reported position and when it was captured. This is a current-position view; it does not provide a continuous route replay.
A generated PDF report can include the shift and patrol timeline, a GPS track map, evidence manifest and photo references, specialist and site context, integrity references, and a QR code for the public report-verification route.
No. JUDGR uses audit and integrity records to make material changes detectable and to support report verification. Tamper-evident describes that detection model; it does not mean a record is impossible to alter or that the software proves every underlying event occurred exactly as recorded.
No. JUDGR supports configured patrol rules, credential records, activity capture, review, and report verification. The applicable authority, organization, and qualified advisers remain responsible for interpreting requirements and making legal or compliance determinations.
